This is a marketing illustration I did for the God of War: Chains of Olympus PSP video game. I first painted up a rough comp using Photoshop. The 3D model for Kratos was then rendered out. I then took render of Kratos and painted over it and also came up with the background and the rest of the image to finish off the illustration. I definitely had fun coming up with this painting.
